Greetings!

Here's a little bit about me:

I am a Licensed Practitioner of Therapeutic Massage and a Certified NeuroMuscular Therapist in Virginia serving King William and Hanover Counties and the surrounding areas.

My office is located within my home located in the Central Garage area of King William County, just about 20 minutes from Mechanicsville.

I have over 30 years experience and have advanced training in many therapeutic modalities. My expertise includes Neuro-Muscular Therapy, Medical Massage Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Myofacial Release, Pregnancy Massage, Reflexology, Acupressure and Cranio-Sacral Therapy. Additionally, I've taken courses in herbology, holistic health, and nutrition.

My style of massage therapy is an integrative approach. Every body is different; so, to provide the very best massage treatments I customize each session according to what my client needs at the time. I tend to be detail oriented in order to focus on the specific areas causing pain and discomfort. Using a variety of techniques, in order to provide effective results for my clients.

I love helping people get relief from pain and discomfort. It is my goal to provide an effective massage treatment that gives freedom from stress, and is a peaceful and relaxing refuge. I consider being a practitioner of massage therapy a privilege and a blessing, and is my calling in life. I look forward to meeting and serving you.
